Romero Joins TerraSure
 June 18, 2007/Allentown, Pa.: Cyndi Romero has joined TerraSure Development LLC (TerraSure) as a sales representative. TerraSure is a national firm that specializes in providing environmental remediation and risk-transfer services to eliminate the cost uncertainty that can hamper the transaction of environmentally impaired real estate.
As the newest member of the TerraSure team, Romero markets TerraSure’s guaranteed fixed-price remediation services to corporate and real estate development clients. With 17 years of real estate development and financing, she enhances the firm’s ability to assist clients in meeting their site development or divestiture goals.
“Cyndi is an important and welcome addition to the TerraSure team,” stated Thomas Lobasso, C.P.G., president of TerraSure. “Her expertise in real estate planning, development, and financing adds a new dimension to our firm that will enable TerraSure to better serve prospective clients.”
Romero has planned, sought financing for, and managed more than $400 million in real estate in Pennsylvania and Kentucky. Several of her projects have won national recognition, including the National American Institute of Architects Award for Regional and Urban Design. Her responsibilities have entailed assembling complex financing transactions, utilizing multiple resources that include public and private financing. In addition, she is an authority on financing sources in the public sector.
Romero served in the United States Marine Corp for six years and reached the rank of Non-Commission Officer. She was the first director of the People’s Emergency Center Community Development Corporation, located in Philadelphia, Pa., and previously a vice president with the Louisville Community Development Bank in Louisville, Ky. |
