Ayyaswami Appointed Vice President of TerraSure

September 14, 2006/Princeton, N.J.: Arul Ayyaswami was recently appointed a vice president and program manager with TerraSure. TerraSure specializes in providing guaranteed fixed-price remediation (GFPR) services to owners, buyers, and sellers of environmentally impaired real estate.

Based in the firm’s Princeton, N.J., office, Ayyaswami oversees and monitors the quality of TerraSure’s diverse projects, in addition to exploring future GFPR opportunities. He continues to direct the firm’s environmental remediation services and provides consulting services for national and international remedial projects, specializing in innovative in situ remedial technologies.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ayyaswami’s area of expertise is identifying in situ approaches as a cost-effective alternative to conventional groundwater and soil remediation technologies. He was instrumental in re-negotiating the conventional remedies selected by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency at eight federal Superfund sites in favor of state-of-the-art technologies that significantly reduced remediation time and costs.
