Dr. Yen is Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of TerraSure Development, LLC. He is also a director and senior vice president of Gannett Fleming Sustainable Ventures Corporation. Dr. Yen has more than 30 years of professional experience in the environmental field and more than 17 years in the site remediation business. Dr. Yen’s expertise includes treatment processes evaluation, treatability studies, risk assessment, sampling and analysis, statistics and data management, computer modeling, and computer simulation. An innovator and expert in hazardous waste remediation, Dr. Yen has developed a patented chemically assisted biological in-situ process to remediate soils and groundwater contaminated with hexavalent chromium. He currently serves as a science advisor to the Center for Hazardous Substances in Urban Environments located in the Johns Hopkins University at Baltimore, Md.

Dr. Yen holds a bachelor of science in chemistry from National Taiwan University and a master in chemistry and a doctorate in environmental sciences and engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland and Pennsylvania and a certified hazardous materials manager.

Mr. Morosky is a Senior Vice President of TerraSure Development, LLC and President of Gannett Fleming Project Development Corporation (GFPDC). GFPDC provides design/build and construction services. Mr. Morosky has more than 40 years of experience in engineering and construction and has managed numerous construction projects, including those associated with site, soil, and/or groundwater remediation of contaminated sites and renewable energy projects. Remediation project services have included site assessment/profiling; acquiring regulatory agency approval of proposed remediation plans/methods; on-site and off-site disposal of contaminated material; and surface restoration. Mr. Morosky currently oversees projects located in California, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Mr. Morosky holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed professional engineer in several states and also possesses contractor licenses in numerous states.

Mr. Ayyaswami, a Vice President and the Program Director of TerraSure Development, LLC, is responsible for developing remedial strategies for fixed-price remediation projects worldwide. He is an expert in the development and utilization of in-situ remedial technologies with more than 20 years of professional experience as an environmental consultant. In addition, he oversees and monitors the quality of TerraSure’s diverse projects and explores future guaranteed fixed-price remediation opportunities.

Mr. Ayyaswami has had extensive experience in developing and implementing innovative remedial techniques to address a wide range of contamination in diverse hydrogeologic environments around the world. His expertise has been applied to environmental problems associated with chlorinated and non-chlorinated petroleum hydrocarbon compounds, pesticides, PCBs, low level radiological waste, and toxic metal compounds found in soil and groundwater environments. He has, on numerous occasions, successfully demonstrated improved performance through the use of innovative remedial technologies that significantly increase the rate contaminant mass removal and reduce the time and expense to achieve site remediation goals. Mr. Ayyaswami is on a retainer with several multi-national corporations and large engineering firms to assist with their remedial action programs in United States, Europe, and Central and South America.

Mr. Ayyaswami earned a master of science in environmental engineering from the University of Regina, Canada, and a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Madras, India. He is a member of the Water Environment Federation and has authored more than 30 publications on innovative remediation technologies.

Mr. Rebele is a Vice President and Director of Marketing and Business Development of TerraSure Development, LLC. He is responsible for responding to new business inquiries, general marketing and branding, and works on a day-to-day basis with his colleagues in the design, management, and execution of guaranteed fixed-price remediation (GFPR) projects.

Prior to joining TerraSure, Mr. Rebele worked as an environmental consultant for 12 years, finding solutions to complex real estate challenges by working with developers, environmental attorneys, and redevelopment agencies toward the objective of redeveloping blighted industrial property into productive uses. Mr. Rebele has spent the past five years preparing and implementing remedial solutions that are integrated with site redevelopment plans, including transit-oriented development (TOD) and master-planned, mixed-use and residential communities. Mr. Rebele also has expertise in applying cutting-edge site characterization methods aimed at developing reliable remedial cost estimates that reduce cleanup cost uncertainty and liability. His experience includes the assessment and remediation of real estate affected by landfill materials, chlorinated solvents, heavy metals, petroleum hydrocarbons (including free product), polychlorinated biphenyls and strong acids.

Mr. Rebele is a member of Building Industry Association, Urban Land Institute (ULI), California Redevelopment Association (CRA), Western States Petroleum Association, and Harbor Association of Industry and Commerce (HAIC). He is a frequent contributor to Brownfield Renewal magazine and routinely holds speaking engagements at various events, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's National Brownfield Conference, National Brownfield Association, and Northwest Environmental Business Council.
